SQUIRREL PREP CENTER LLC PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

Squirrel Prep Center LLC

Information practices for warehouse services, the independent client portal, connected sales channels, buyer shipment data, billing and privacy requests.

1. Scope and independent providers

This Privacy Policy explains SQUIRREL PREP CENTER LLC’s handling of personal information in our website, business communications, warehouse services and use of a third-party client portal. It covers business clients, their authorized users, suppliers, delivery recipients and end customers whose information we receive to perform accepted work.

PrepShipHub LLC owns and operates the platform Squirrel uses for certain operations. Its terms and privacy policy govern its independent processing. Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, carriers and Stripe also have their own privacy practices. Describing their role here does not make them part of Squirrel or make Squirrel responsible for every action they take.

Technical information

Website or portal IP, browser, device, cookie and activity information made available by the deployed tools or providers.

We may receive information directly from the Client or its staff, a supplier, PrepShipHub, a connected marketplace or store, a carrier or a payment provider. Inventory facts that do not identify a person are not personal information merely because they are in the same record.

3. Uses of information

We use information to create and administer accounts, receive and inspect inventory, reconcile stock, prepare FBA or WFS shipments, receive and fulfill authorized FBM or other store sales orders, check Eastern Time order-placement and receipt timestamps against the 2:00 p.m. dispatch cutoff, generate and apply shipping labels, document carrier handoff, dispatch to end customers, process returns, document discrepancies, invoice, provide support, investigate claims, secure the service and comply with law.

We may send permitted service announcements and business marketing communications with an opt-out for promotional messages. Operational, billing, order, incident and security communications may still be needed. Where law requires a particular legal basis or consent, we apply it to the actual activity; acceptance of warehouse services does not create unlimited permission to use data for unrelated purposes.

4. PrepShipHub and connected channels

For the requested workflow, the portal may host or process account, inbound, inventory, product, sales-order, order and synchronization timestamps, buyer address, shipment, carrier pickup, returns, issues, billing and document data. A Client may authorize connections to Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, Shopify, eBay, carriers or other supported services. We use available timestamps and order statuses to determine when an order was placed, transmitted, became actionable and was dispatched, and to investigate missed cutoffs or carrier closures. We do not assert that every integration is permanently supported or that all buyer data will always synchronize.

The Client retains its rights to its submitted data as against Squirrel. PrepShipHub’s permissions to host, process, use or retain data, including any licenses for service improvement, are governed by its own agreement with the user and its separate privacy policy. We do not warrant that a third-party portal provides continuous access, perfect security or complete restoration. The Client should download and keep copies of business-critical product, order, label and inventory records.

5. Sharing needed to perform services

We share only information reasonably needed for the requested operation with PrepShipHub; Stripe for payment processing; Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay and other connected channels; carriers for shipment and delivery; and our hosting, communications, analytics, accounting and professional-service providers. Buyer names and addresses may be included in labels and sent to carriers. Tracking and fulfillment status may flow back to the Client’s connected store or marketplace when the integration permits.

We may also disclose information when legally required, to investigate fraud or safety issues, defend rights, or respond to authorized professional advisers. We do not sell or rent a database of client personal information. If the use of a deployed marketing or analytics tool triggers special notice, opt-out or consent rules, we will apply the rules appropriate to that actual configuration.

6. Client-provided customer and supplier data

The Client must have authority to supply personal information about its staff, suppliers, buyers and recipients, give any required notices, and authorize its transfer through chosen integrations. It should provide only data needed to receive goods or fulfill an order and avoid putting sensitive personal information in product notes or photos unnecessarily.

For recipient information processed on the Client’s lawful instructions, the Client remains responsible for its storefront notices, buyer-facing customer service, order accuracy, refund decisions and marketplace obligations. We will follow lawful instructions within the agreed service, subject to retention and other legal obligations. Each party’s status under a privacy law depends on the actual processing.

7. Payment and account credentials

Stripe and enabled payment components handle card entry and authorization; Squirrel may receive transaction information and limited card descriptors rather than full card numbers. Do not send card security codes or store passwords to Squirrel by email or messaging apps. Clients should use supported authorization methods, review connected-app permissions, use available security features and revoke access for former users. A compromised account should be reported promptly so affected operations can be investigated.

8. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards for information under our control, including access appropriate to the work. No online or physical system is absolutely secure. A provider controls its own systems and may have different backup and retention periods. If an incident occurs, we assess its cause and any legally required response or notice.

We keep information as reasonably needed to provide service, reconcile inventory and shipments, handle claims, meet accounting and tax duties, and comply with law. We then delete or deidentify information as appropriate and feasible. Closing a Squirrel account does not automatically delete records independently held by PrepShipHub, a marketplace, carrier or Stripe.

9. Cookies, choices, and requests

Our website and connected tools may use functional, security, analytics and, where deployed, marketing cookies or similar technology. Specific notice and choices depend on the tools actually configured. Browser settings may limit certain cookies and affect functionality. Promotional messages may be stopped through the message instructions or by contacting us.

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion or another available privacy right. Contact us with the account and data involved. We may verify identity and authority, retain records required by law, or refer a request concerning Client-controlled or provider-controlled information to the relevant party. Rights that apply by law are not waived by this policy.

10. Locations, children, and updates

Squirrel operates in Florida, United States; providers may process data elsewhere subject to applicable requirements. Our accounts and services are intended for adult business users, and we do not knowingly seek children’s personal information to open them. We may update this policy prospectively to reflect actual practices and applicable law and will provide any additional notice required. This version is dated September 22, 2026 and should be presented with the terms when adopted.
